Mike Kleinheinz, Owner – Mike has been the owner of Marin Produce since September, 2002. Prior to purchasing Marin Produce, Mike held management positions in sales and finance with technology and distribution companies. He has lived in Marin County since 1997.

Larry Scatena, Produce Buyer – Larry has worked for Marin Produce since 2006. Before that, Larry held positions with a number of different specialty produce companies. He worked as a chef at restaurants in San Francisco and has a keen eye for what our customers want. Larry has been in the produce industry for over 25 years. If there is something particular or unusual you need, Larry can find it.

Ron Nelson, Office Manager – Ron has worked for Marin Produce for over 30 years. Having been here almost from the beginning, there’s very little he doesn’t know about our company, our customers and the produce industry. Ron is in charge of the office and works closely with Rafael to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Rafael Collazo, Warehouse Manager – Rafael has worked at Marin Produce for over 10 years and is knowledgeable in everything we do. He excels at running the warehouse, routing our drivers and making sure our customers are happy. If you have a problem, Rafael will make sure we take care of it quickly.

Rae Brown, Order Entry – Rae is the person who takes your voice messages and faxes. She gets everything into the computer in a timely manner so we have it for you the next day. She is an indispensable part of the Marin Produce team and we are happy to have her here since 2005.

Drivers – Most of our drivers have been with Marin Produce for several years. They are highly knowledgeable about what our customers want and when they want it.  If you encounter a quality or delivery issue, be sure to tell your driver. They’ll solve the problem themselves or alert the people who need to know.
